Rates Office Hours
Initial Intake Session - $90.00 Tuesdays 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Regular Session - $80.00 ($70.00 if paid in cash) Thursdays 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

What is my deductible and has it been met?

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Our office will be glad to assist you in contacting your insurance company to find out answers to these questions. All patients are responsible for the full cost of their session if their insurance company denies a claim.
NOTE: Please bring a copy of your insurance card to your first session.
Payment
Cash (exact amount only), personal checks, and credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 cancellation/no-show fee.
